Our carriages are available for you in Zermatt every Wednesday and Sunday, weather permitting. We look forward to your visit!
Take your time and enjoy Valais at its most delicious. Whether you choose fine Valais specialties or a traditional cheese fondue, every moment in our heated event carriage will be a delight. We will also serve you a fine Valais white wine that perfectly complements this special experience.

Hop aboard and discover Zermatt in style in our elegant Victorian carriage. Sit back, enjoy the unique view of the Matterhorn, and let yourself be enchanted by the special charm of the horse-drawn carriage, accompanied by a sparkling glass of Prosecco.

1. Service description
1.1 The start and end points of the trips are as stated in the reservation confirmation issued.
1.2 The trips will only take place in suitable weather conditions.
1.3 We reserve the right to make changes to the tours due to road conditions or traffic volume.
2. Booking and payment
2.1 Payment is made on site in cash or by card.
2.2 The trips start punctually at the booked time. Guests who arrive late will have their trip time shortened accordingly.
3. Liability
3.1 Use of the carriages and staying in their vicinity is at your own risk.
3.2 The provider accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or damage.
3.3 This disclaimer does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional behavior on the part of the provider.
4. Cancellation
4.1 Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date are free of charge.
4.2 For cancellations less than 48 hours before the booked trip:
Without food/drinks: 50% of the total price.
With food and/or drinks: 100% of the total price.
The cancellation costs will be charged to the person, institution, or company that made the booking.
5. General provisions
5.1 All prices include VAT.
5.2 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Who am I?
I’m Benny the carriage horse. I have two exciting jobs. At the start of the week, I deliver packages in car-free Zermatt, and at the end of the week, I drive visitors around our beautiful town.
